Default Re: PA Senate Republicans to move ERPO (Red Flag) bill

Thanks for the update, I lost my Republican Senator to the dark side last go-round but I will bark in the new one's ears and see what I get in return. I go visit Dave Maloney this week and reaffirm my position with him as well.

ETA: State Senator Muth is holding a town hall meeting nearby on Thursday and I'll be sure to go make an impression on her. My big decision is which hat shall I wear, MAGA or PAFOA? Maybe I should start a poll.

Here is a non-US example of the ultimate objective of the "Red Flag" confiscation laws. New Zealand is in a full on gun confiscation operation. Allegedly support of President Trump in New Zealand is a legit basis to confiscate legal firearms.

I think it is short sighted to believe "it could never happen here". Prominent socialists and Democrat politicians in the USA and their posse of expert psychologists and pundits have already declared NRA members, white male conservatives, Christians, masculine traits, etc are signs of mental illness, domestic terrorism, fascism and more. Sweating losing their jobs? Not likely.

There is no positive 2A strategy. RINO's get elected because they're "better then the alternative", and they keep their positions for the same reasons. The only sweating is when they fear losing their seat to a dem.

An Open Letter To Our Legislators, Judges And Lawmen , by Pastor/Constitutionalist Chuck Baldwin

    https://chuckbaldwinlive.com/Article...nd-Lawmen.aspx

I know I am speaking for tens of thousands of my fellow Montanans and tens of millions of my fellow Americans when I write what I’m about to write.

The “red flag” laws that are sweeping the country violate every principle of liberty upon which our country was founded. There is no due process associated with “red flag” laws. A judge’s order to seize the firearms from an American citizen who has not been accused of a crime, charged with a crime, convicted of a crime—or who never even threatened to commit a crime—based on the accusation of a single individual is anything but due process. . . .

    Emails sent.
Under no circumstance should toxic and drama loving family members who play victim have a role in taking away a person's Constitutional rights.

Please help this here clueless person.

The OP's original post requested "contact every member of the PA Senate Judiciary Committee".
But I see replies to this thread with people saying they contacted their State Senator.

So which people are we suppose to be contacting; every member of the PA Senate Judiciary Committee OR our individual State Senator ?

If it's every member of the PA Senate Judiciary Committee.
Is there any reason NOT to post a reply to this thread that includes the names and contact info of every member of the PA Senate Judiciary Committee ?

If it's our individual State Senator.
Any reason NOT to post a reply to this thread showing a link where people can find the name and contact info of their State Senator ?

Link to PA Senate Judiciary Committee: https://www.legis.state.pa.us/cfdocs...=39&CteeBody=S

To find your Legislator (left side of webpage): https://www.legis.state.pa.us

It doesn’t have to be an either/or proposition- you can contact your State Senator AND Judiciary Committee members. The bill will first have to be voted out of the committee, then to the floor for a Senate vote, then possibly to the House. So there will multiple points to engage legislators. Certainly the more you can do, the better. The FOAC website (https://foac-pac.org) is a great place to start arming yourself with information.
