How about ownership granting both of them his/her own separate sub-forum?

Other than having joking about the classifieds I don’t know if anything can be done. I think the current set of mods on this site do a nice job in a thankless position. But I don’t think they have the power to change any rules/procedures or the design of the forum. As it stands what Nancy and Sara are doing is within the rules so their hands are tied.

Changing the classifieds would likely have to come from DanP. My impression since I’ve been a member here is that he is busy with his life and only focuses on the forum when something is majorly going wrong with it on the technical end.

I guess what I am saying is be glad that there is a rule in place that you have to wait at least 3 days to bump your ad because nothing is likely to change anytime soon.
