last I checked it was only supposed to be 101 F heat index there. Still makes reassessment a necessary step.

If I understood the directions you will go over the hill from the old entrance and turn left directly into the field.

That's sort of how it was the first time I went.
There was the "parking area", but then a lot of people just drove up to the field, unloaded on the line, then backed their vehicles up about 50' behind the row of canopies. Seems less complicated than having to drive back down below, and walking back up - and your stuff is "right there" if you forgot anything.

I'm curious too.
