H.R. 1297 Ar/ak pistol and armor piercing ban
Not sure if it's been posted or not.
https://www.congress.gov/bill/116th-...1297/text?r=18
https://www.firearmspolicy.org/hr-12...eUBwCiLUJo0aBA
From link above-
"Bill:*HR 1297 - Classifying AR Pistols/Others as NFA Firearms
Position: OpposeAuthor:*Rep. Demings (D-FL-10)
HR 1297,*The Law Enforcement Protection Act,would add armor-piercing, concealable weapons as a category under the National Firearms Act (NFA). Presumably, Rep. Demings is targeting AR/AK pistols and other guns like the FN Five-seveN that fire “high-powered” rounds. Demings states that “If the handguns addressed by LEPA were designed to be fired from the shoulder, they would be considered a short-barreled rifle, subjecting them to NFA regulation. They fire the same rifle rounds, but because they are designed to be fired from the hand, they escape NFA regulation.”
But the reality is, Demings is not trying to address a loophole. She is just trying to ban guns that are used to protect everyday gun owners across America. This bill must be stopped!"

Got him for you. OP thanks for the info.
More BS from the left. Yea everyone is running around concealing these guns. Oh yea and my .50 BMG pistol is my EDC. Its so nice and light, it wont even pull down my gym shorts, while running full speed on the treadmill. No one at the gym even has a clue.
As for that nasty five seven round from the pistol. I have shot an expired Kevlar vest and it stopped every round I fired at it. This is another hoax perpetuated by the left. The PS90 did go all the way through the same vest. Muzzle velocity out of the five seven pistol is slower, and that's all it takes.Last edited by Daycrawler; April 1st, 2019 at 01:06 PM.

No Wilco. It is a violation of the 2nd Amendment and my right to keep and bear arms.

But the .22lr is meant to be fired from the shoulder in a rifle configuration.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.
