For future reference to folks inquiring about things - if you lash out at any members or staff because they gave you accurate info and that you cannot understand that actions often have repercussions - you'll get banned.


And, for current members, do not troll folks. I'm not saying anyone did in this thread, but I have seen it in others. Just give facts as the law pertains and leave your opinions out of it.

Why would police give his gun back if he wasn't allowed to have it? A gun is a gun. They don't differentiate between long guns and pistols. I would hire someone to run a background check just in case. Not worth a felony charge.

A Long Gun is not a Pistol and there is lots and lots of differentiation depending on what situation you are in.

Yoder prolly had something specific in mind when he typed it, but the black and white is what counts.
