Re: Handgun w/ MISD Drug Charge?
Would it surprise anyone that a LEO would make a mistake and give a gun back to someone who shouldn't have one?
All day long, people say "The worst two sources for gun law is cops and gun shops".
Mistakes happen. Not saying that he wasn't legally able to have it - I don't know - just saying that it COULD have been in error.I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Re: Handgun w/ MISD Drug Charge?
When the person is a prohibited person, which this discussion is about, it doesn't matter if it is a handgun or long gun. You cannot own, touch, carry, or possess either if the firearm in question is not an "antique firearm". "Antique firearms" have some variables depending on conviction type and state laws.
