    Just kidding, nice collection.

Very funny ....I had to draw the line somewhere , my wife is on board with the current scope of the project , I don’t want to add other items until this one is done

To be honest I’ve only had the Italian for 3 weeks , I haven’t shot it yet , I have the PPU soft points and FMJ’s , haven’t found the original 150 gr yet so I can’t compare . I have heard there is a difference but don’t have any hands on experience.

There is a long story behind the the Carcano bayonet, I’ve had that since I was 10 yrs old my grandfather gave it to me . I finally identified it a few weeks ago and then the rifle fell into our lap , it’s truly amazing how the stars aligned to get the the rifle and bayonet together....

I have a 1942 91/41 Carcano , 1943 Rifle No.4 Mk1 Maltby arsenal , 1937 Tula Mosin Nagant and a 1937 Arisaka that my grandfather brought back from Okinawa. I only need a K98 Mauser and I’m done . Then I move on to the helmets ...I already have a 1936 Stahlhelm my other grandfather brought back from Europe. After the helmets are done ...on to the pistols .
Good hunting! You think you only want (fill in the blank), however, it can take on a life of its own.
