I took a look at the decision and this guy gets it! He really lays it out well, and we can only hope when it gets to the supremes they agree.

That guy loves to sensationalize and misreport in order to be the first to break the news. When he was called out on his mistakes he blamed YouTube instead of just being honest about it. Fuck that guy.
