It was an "Armalite 15" and the perp previously had a PFA filed against him by the victim (mother of his child), but it expired in the fall.

I hope we get more info. If she threatened another PFA we know now that means immediate removal of firearms. We told those people when they passed HB2060 that they would have blood on their hands... Sheriff and police departments are overwhelmed with guns NOW and it's only been a few months.
