The fix is in. The progressives on State Supreme Court will be waiting for this to come to them for approval. Things will get real interesting if that comes to pass. Progs and Soros have been funding Judicial candidates heavily as well as Ag's the past few years. They put extreme activists in these slots to promote their Anti American Marxist agenda.

Time to start thinking about having 2A towns, cities and counties adopting their own pro-2A provisions. Constitutional carry, nullification ordinances, things like that. If the State Supreme Court wants to open this can of worms, and they probably do, then let the chaos begin.

that would make it too easy to shoot down, and dismiss. Make the Political point, include banning abortions and Gay Marriage. Drive home the point, What's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander. If the Supreme court can find a loophole to bypass preemption for enumerated protected rights, surely they'll let the non-enumerated non-specified rights be bypassed as well. <Evil Grin>. Gore their sacred cows, hoit them on their own follies.
