Default S&W Model 28-2 Oaks Gun Show Find w/Pics

Hey all, I had a chance to go to the Oaks show on Friday and stopped in to see ScottsGuard(Jeff from Highland Arms) and I picked up this really nice S&W Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman ca 1973 pinned and recessed, 6' barrel, .357 Mag.

The gun is 45 years old and it's original purpose was for LEO carry, but I'm not sure if this one found it's way into a holster too many times.

    What do you think?

    Best Regards,

    Kobsw

    What? Pay big bucks? lol
IANAL. I don't give legal advice. I'm only stating my OPINION.
(Did I really need to say that on an Internet forum? LOL)

Other than the grips , what's not to like? Those grips might be nice for a collector or photo-op , but not for shooting full-power .357 loads.
