Where to buy 2FA GunPowder in SW PA?

I need to purchase around 25lbs of 2FA gunpowder for our new toy. Does anyone know where I can get some in SW PA? Found lots of places out of the state, but shipping is brutal, so I need to be able to drive to pick it up.

The new toy is our 225mm Black Powder Mortar that launches bowling balls up to 1/2 mile. The video below shows a test fire with just 3oz of powder which shoots a 12lb bowling ball ~450 feet. The mortar is rated for up to 14oz, so roughly you can launch a 12lb ball 2,100 feet and an 8lb ball will really fly out there.

Sorry I'm no help on where to get the good stuff, I use pyrodex in my golf ball mortar since it was easier to get. Just reduce the load at first.

Ace's sells black powder. I doubt they have 2FA. They might be able to give you a blood trail to follow though.
