    Default Off hand shooting

I’m right handed. But over the last 2 years my right elbow/arm has given out. The pain is enough that I can’t hold a phone to my head for more than a few minutes. I have never been good with my left hand. Any drills or help would be appreciated

practice shooting more left handed. If you plan on switching your carry style/side. Practice your draw left handed. Any drills you did before just switch hands.

Work out left hand with 5-10lb weight, take up a fine motor skill with left hand: piano, cheap watch repair, anything to get those muscles working on par with the other side.

Lots and lots of dry fire.

You will be surprised at how quick you can teach your other hand. And the benefit is you can make sure to not teach it bad habits.

Put your hip out and keep the elbows in and along the body. Rifle should be held across the chest. That way the weigh is grounded through as much as your torso as possible. The left hand and arm supports the rifle and right is to steady and pull the trigger.
