They see it and automatically it needs to be banned, even if they don't know what it is.

Those posting in the thread I quoted earlier in regards to the new stay claim that since the listed plaintiffs are Florida Carry, Madison Society Foundation and the Firearms Policy Foundation, joining one of those organizations may (or may not) include all its members and that joining one of their orgs could possibly mean that the stay would include those who join. Nolo, one of the people helping push for this last stay had said that he couldn't confirm if this strategy would mean that the deadline would also be extended for those pursuing this option.

This is far beyond my pay grade and IANAL. Anyone else care to chime in on this?

Firearms Policy Foundation withdrew their appeal early on and are NOT part of the above stay, only Florida Carry and Madison Society Foundation.
