    were these pictures taken on Fastnacht Day? Looks like some of our local bakeries on that day. BTW, I am not a hater, I love a good fat pill and have the body to prove it!

    I think every day is Fastnacht Day in Hawaii...
    But there are longer lines at Cheetahs on discount Tuesdays...

    That photo looks like the line at Rita's Water Ice after elementary school lets out.

    IANAL answer: he should be fine. 1 DUI 15 years ago is not necessarily a prohibitor. 3 within five years IS.

    The smart answer: Contact a lawyer like GunLawyer immediately. I get asked questions like this all of the time and my response is always 'you need to call a lawyer'. Not because it is sound advice from an employee's standpoint, but because it is smart advice period; and no person should EVER be asking a firearms counter employee if they are prohibited or not, or whether they should take a chance.
