    Hmmmm

I could use some subsidies for ammo for mine. If it's anything like healthcare it'll cost $637 a round though after the subsidy

Actually the act includes a tax credit on the purchase price.

Government "giving" us guns? Pipe dream. It's like trying to pass a law that says: for every new Sig pistol issued to troops, the military will give away a serviceable M9 pistol to a citizen. Never gonna happen.

Up to 75% back on a first come first serve basis until the $1 million dollars a a year runs out. Yet I see no penalty for those who choose to say F off! I ruse to comply and I also see discrimination against AK lovers since no tax credit for those who believe that's the better rifle to be forced to own.

Militia act is still on the books.

The unorganized militia will never be called up, but if you are you're supposed to bring your rifle in an acceptable military caliber and your first 25 rounds of ammunition.

This is all obviously a stunt/showing how the precedent set by ACA can be expanded - but it at least has some basis in existing law/precedent.

    Sorta like life insurance.

My question, would the AR15 have to be registered once the PA Gun Registration Act is enacted?

Edit; just read the bill. Don't live in Missouri.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity...
If "general welfare" is used as the basis for forcing us to buy healthcare, then "provide for the common defense" can be used to force people to buy a rifle.

We can use Chief Justice Roberts to declare it a tax and make it legal.

The left wants to ban guns, for no other reason than tyrannical control. This puts gun owners always on the defensive. The Leftards never have anything to lose as we do.
I see this as going on the offensive, as is constitutional carry, and fully support it, if for no other reason than we are not playing defense and thus generally compromising. Compromise here is one sided, the ahats never give up anything.
