Default What can you tell me about these?

My wife's grandfather passed away and he was a national ranked shooter in the army at one point in time. He left me all of his shooting supplies and weapons. I am going through 2 pick up truck beds full of stuff when I came across these. I was sorting through thousands of still new Sierra match king bullet tips of all sorts of different grains when I noticed one box felt really light. When I opened the box these bullets were in there. What can you tell me about them? Sorry about the pic size I cannot figure out how to make it smaller

Probly an award. With the hole drilled in the case they might have been made to be worn on or as a necklace. Or just something he bought at a gun show. Who dosent like chrome ?

The primers on all the rifle rounds are not struck but there is a hole drilled in the primer of the pistol round. I just think that they are kinda neat. I have so much stuff to go through. I am going to end up having to sell some of it just because of storing it all.
