    No one. They would have been drilled as a sized empty case and drilled before or after the bullet was seated. Just like the grenade case sitting on my desk, fuse removed, explosive charge removed and the bottom drilled out.

    I have a whole set of dummies for setting up my dies for reloading but they aren't electroplated like those.
