    Default Grumble..Grumble.. striker fired.. grumble..

Lol as the title says, grumble. Ugh. Ack. Yuck.
I hate it. I hope it grows on me.

Picked up a nice Kahr cm9. Trigger feels like butter and no derpy ass blade safety crap on the trigger face which is nice.

Just wish it felt as nice to me as my sarsilmaz cm9 cz clone.

Is there anyway to make a striker fired gun feel more like a hammer gun? The cz clone has a little springy take up then a firm wall with a very nice clean break. The kahr (felt this way with the glock I used to own as well) trigger has a nice smooth pull but always feels like it's going to break in a different spot, with no wall type feel to me.

What can i do? Or is this a sick it up buttercup moment?

Sell it and get a hammer gun?

Or is this a trick question?

No trick question, just wasnt sure if there's any trigger mods or upgrades that would change up the feel any.

I should probably take a look at the sig p938 if the striker setup doesn't grow on me.

Walther PPQ and creed (not striker but very odd precocked hammer) both have great triggers. Over travel is the worst part of striker guns. Glock and smith have the most aftermarket parts.

Dry fire practice over and over and over and over and over. You will get used to it. Then live fire practice. Do you get the idea, Butercup?

I never really understood the desire for long squishy staple gun triggers. But they sell them every day!

Focus on shooting the pistol accurately. Proper trigger manipulation is only one aspect of mastery that is overcome with practice. The "trick" to mastering hammer and striker fired handguns is to practice with both types.
If you think striker fired is unpalatable, then you've never tried a light weight double action only revolver.
