Well some lawyers and NRA insiders who know the case disagree, the arguments made gave the activist judges a way to circumvent the standing laws. In other words they believe they found a loop hole.

I would like to see the advertising content that would create probable cause to encourage or create an attraction to shoot up a school.

Video gamers may want to consider donating to Remington's defense fund. Whatever the case, this is far from over considering appeals on all levels.
