I don't see how this can stand. A manufacturer has no control over what a person does with their product. This sets a dangerous precedent and as usual people don't see the slippery slope they're on. As you continue to allow the courts and the government to trample on your rights, you soon won't have any. It's all good when the judge is spewing your rhetoric, but what happens when they're bored with that and decide to reach a little further? It won't be so good.
