Penal codes and vehicle codes etc. are enforced AS WRITTEN. But Constitutional Rights are UP TO WHAT JUDGES FEEL.

I've asked something similar, and they can't define it, but it normally comes down to "it was designed for the military and it isn't designed to hunt deer like a bolt action rifle", or if they want to add credence to totally being a gun owner they'll say "my Winchester M70 was never designed to kill people"

"Oh, your model 70 that's based on the Mauser 98, a rifle designed specifically for the German army."

I've never gotten anything other than "but that's different" in response

    And used by snipers...
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

They’re also doing this to get access to all of Remington’s internal marketing communications, emails, meeting agendas, etc. they want to find one instance where a marketing exec disagreed with the strategy, or said maybe we shouldn’t do this, or thought ads were too violent, or could this influence people to act negatively. They want to find a smoking gun. Pun not intended.

What they should do is see what video games the guy played and go after the game maker, I'll bet he played some violent games.

They know who the killer is but it doesn't fit the narrative. There isn't any money in
a convicted felon that cannot legally possess a firearm (that kills people).

That is 100 percent correct! And if things keep going as they are now, in not too many more years the Constitution will not mean a thing.
