Make sure you don’t have a home surveillance system
If you shoot someone and plan to claim self defense.

Man's home surveillance system contradicts his self-defense claim in fatal shooting, police say
A San Antonio man told police he was acting in self-defense when he killed another man outside his East Side home. His surveillance system showed something else, police said.
David Medina, 30, was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of murder. He's accused of fatally shooting Bernardo Sandoval, 25, on Feb. 18 in the 200 block of Leonidas Drive.
Medina told police that he killed Sandoval after Sandoval and another man showed up armed at Medina's home and attacked him. He fired the shot that killed Sandoval during the fight, Medina said.
Investigators discovered Medina recently had video cameras installed in his front yard, according to his arrest affidavit. But when they tried to review the video, they discovered the DVR system was unplugged and missing, police said.
While executing a search warrant, officers found the DVR system, along with Eva Sanchez, 23, in a back bedroom under the bed covers, the affidavit says. Police arrested her on suspicion of tampering with evidence.
The surveillance system had captured footage of the shooting, according to the affidavit, which showed it was not justified.
"(Medina) exited his residence with his gun drawn, he rapidly approached the victim and shot him twice in the chest," investigators wrote in the affidavit.
Medina's bail was set at $250,000, while Sanchez' bail was set at $5,000, jail records showed.

AWWW GEEE! Can't you tell from the facial tattoos, that he's just a nice guy who'd never hurt anyone? I know back in the day of the Mariel Boat-lift NYPD knew the Cuban prison guards tattooed their prisoners with certain symbols representing certain crimes. I wonder if Texas police have a similar database decoding body art?

Looks like jailhouse tats. You've got to wonder if it's even legal for him to have access to a handgun.

I don't see rehabilitation being a possibility with that one, death by hanging is in order.

Re: Make sure you don’t have a home surveillance system
I guess I need a better place to hide my bitches and evidence. Apparently the cops have figured out the old hide it under the covers ploy.
May switch to the hide it under the mattress technique. Stupid cops will never figure that out.
