Following her arrest, Hassan allegedly told police that she had written a letter to her roommates containing ‘radical ideas about supporting Muslims and bringing back the caliphate,’ the complaint said.

The letter frightened the roommates, who handed it over to campus security.

Who apparently did nothing with it until she tried to burn down a building with 33 children in it.

I guess you need a red flag law in order to remove possible dangerous people from a private university.

Late note: I just notice this happened in January of 2018.

That fucking demon....however her name is pronounced should have been locked in the building as it burned to the ground.

What's to go to trial over? The article stated she admitted to all of an and wished she could have done more.

The trial for the young Minneapolis woman accused of setting fires on St. Catherine University’s campus and who tried to travel to Afghanistan to join al-Qaida has been pushed back due to concerns over her health, court records say.

Oh don't worry, some asshole jihadist lawyer will crawl out from somewhere and claim the demon wasn't of sound mind when she made those utterances.

It appears they had a competency hearing this past November. The judge saw fit to set her a trial date so it appears she passed.

Why are you basing the actions of one person to represent the entirety of the religion that person belongs to? that is very short minded.
