10 Colorado Counties Go Gun Sanctuary

It looks like at least 10 Colorado counties have now taken a constitutional stand on the new gun confiscation laws coming from the Democrat controlled statehouse. The Prowers County commissioner Wendy L. Buxton-Andrade said, “We are elected officials when we raise our hand to take office. We are sworn to protect the United States Constitution. In passing this resolution, we are protecting that right and protecting our constituents from those trying to take away that constitutional right, the Second Amendment.”

It's nice to know that local elected officials are standing up to all the lawlessness coming from the state legislature and the Governor.

Not surprised. The I25 corridor has gone blue from the californicators but the rest of the state is red.

^^^^This. The Front Range is Blue mostly due to transplants and the urban culture of Denver. There are other Democrat strongholds but it is mostly the Front Range driving the anti gun craziness as well as other liberal/progressive policy. I saw it happening when I lived there.

Pretty much, and Boulder is the worst. I lived out there from 07 to 10 and I absolutely hated being anywhere near that hippy haven that is Boulder.
