Actually looks like a Henry with a Winchester tube and wood forend. Transition?

Henry rifles didnt have a loading gate on the right side. Brass-framed 1866 "Yellow Boy" rifles were first in the Winchester line to have the loading gate. The very similar steel framed 1873 also had a loading gate, and had a sliding action cover to keep the breech clean. I don't see the action cover in the OP's photos with the breech open, but whomever plated it may have removed it. The forend is custom; no 1866 or 1873 left the factory with a forend covering the front of the receiver. The forend is likely covering the serial number at the bottom front of the receiver.

Some imported replicas had the Maker's Mark under the forearm or buttstock

I love these threads because it never fails someone on here knows what the most obscure firearm is. It’s pretty impressive

    Customized Winchester Model 1873.

It certainly is styled after the 1873 Winchester. The serial number of a real M1873 will be on the tang. It would also say "Winchester" and should have caliber on the elevator. This could be a Latin American or Belgian copy of same if it lacks these.
