Default Pittsburgh council member will only comply with state law; not city.

Don't know where she stands on the whole "AWB" thing - but at least someone on Council is telling the City to piss off.

Yeah unfortunately it's for something that only effects her and a hand full of other people opposed to everyone else in the city and state of PA.

Unless there is statewide preemption on the city's requirement, she doesn't really have a leg to stand on. You can't claim state preemption if there is none any more than Peduto can ignore preemption when it is there.

She is breaking the law and should be removed from the council.
