    So does this include long guns ? I don’t know what’s included in this bill and is this for all states ? I’m falling behind lately in all this shit

    All sales of all guns except for certain defined family-family purchases. You also wouldn't be able to hand a buddy a gun to go to the range or go hunting unless he'd be in your immediate presence the whole time.

    Basically putting the NFA definition of transfer on all guns.

    I wish they had left it in. Not reporting illegal aliens illegally trying to buy firearms shows the mendacity of the Democrats and reveals the depth of their global socialist agenda. This was a bonehead move by the GOP. The GOP got nothing but did provide cover to Democrats on this point that then turned around and voted the Second Amendment into oblivion.

    Keep track of the RINOs in the Senate. I think there are enough of them to see this through to the President's Desk.

    President already said if it makes it to his desk he will veto it. Let’s hope the senate does their job and it doesn’t have to make it to the Presidents desk.
