Impossible to enforce without a national database of all firearms and their current owners.

If such database legislation is passed, blame the collective 92 million firearm owners for not getting politically involved.

Here's a recent reply from Toomey regarding his stance gun rights. In a nutshell, he believes in the 2nd Amendment BUT will support the democrats in gutting it.
