Aren't we supposed to receive notice before LTCF Expires?
Just looked at mine, expired 1/28/19.
Guess I need to drag my sorry sick ass down to the courthouse for a recharge."...a REPUBLIC, if you can keep it."

Good thing there's the 6 month expiry defense. Better than the Constitution M'fer defense I suppose...
Montgomery County sent me a notice, and it was after an address change that I updated them about. So they are in compliance.

Don't depend on the Gov't to look after you. Know when it expires.

Bucks hadn't sent the 60-day prompt letter for years. Dunno what our new sheriff is doing. I read somewhere that the sheriff is actually not mandated to spend the portion of the 20 bucks in that manner, but darned if I can find it again.
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.

No notice for me or my wife from Franklin Co. last year, but I did get a postcard from them time before that. I seem to remember they took some shit over sending "postcards" so I guess they just stopped sending notices all together.

Elk County sends them out. At least I should I got one few years back. At that time they didn't do instant check and not sure if they now. A deputy called me to tell me when it was ready for pick up.
