Give New Jersey a double dose of Shall Issue and National Reciprocity.

The fact that SCOTUS is 'suddenly' interested in 2A cases again could lend credence to the theory that had been around that the conservative justices weren't supporting taking 2A cases because they knew they didn't 'have the votes', and therefore didn't want any damage to be done. Now with Kavanaugh perhaps they feel that they're on solid ground and are willing to hear these cases now.

And ya never know, one of these cases ending in our favor could cause one of the Justices to have a heart attack.

What happens if New Jersey chooses not to respond?

If... and it is still a big if.... we start winning court cases, maybe some of the antis in the nation will back off on the overabundance of laws as they take things that were a gray area and make them not so gray messing things up for other places that have gotten away with the infringements over the last few decades.

I doubt they will, it's not their way, they'll go to taking applications on every 3rd Wednesday in months with a R between 12 noon and 12:30.
Which will coincide with the lunch of the official that's supposed to take the applications.

States like the "DPRNJ" have to be forced to follow the Constitution, any bullsh#t delaying tactics have to be met with Show Cause Orders, or go right to Contempt.

New Jersey will always be a state ruled by losers for losers. The difference is greater between the State of New Jersey and the rest of the states than the difference between the State of New Jersey and North Korea. Until Trump is able to replace Ginsburg with a pro 2nd Justice I would say to not hear 2nd cases in the Supreme Court with Roberts as the swing vote. Remember they have the dirt on him and will use it to get the "right" vote.

I agree. Roberts can't be trusted.

I think I would honestly be ok with legal carry even if the mag limit ban remained. (both are headed to scotus afaik)
So the bad guys can have mag capacity advantage, but you can't.
