Now with Kavanaugh perhaps they feel that they're on solid ground and are willing to hear these cases now.
I think they are on dangerous ground. Chief Justice Roberts has show himself to be thoroughly compromised the Democrats and/or the Deep State. His 180 degree flip on Obamacare was the start. His public scoldings of President Trump are another bad sign. He just sided with the Democrat wing of the Supreme Court to halt some infanticide restrictions. He is up to his neck in the FISA Court part of the ongoing coup attempt on the President. If he was not its architect, he did nothing to prevent it or stop it and he had enough power over that Court to do so at any time.

No, I think he sides with his soulmate Sotomayer on any future Second Amendment cases. Of course, we will have to see how it all plays out, but if the institutions charged with the solemn duty of protecting our individual rights and freedoms together with the integrity of our Constitutional Republic fail to do so, it may come down to "We the People".

States like the "DPRNJ" have to be forced to follow the Constitution, any bullsh#t delaying tactics have to be met with Show Cause Orders, or go right to Contempt.
Yes. NY, CT, MA, CA, CO are all doing it too. Every year there is a new crop of Second Amendment infringement laws which get piled on the books. Eager bureaucrats will enforce them and add their own unique restrictions. The leftist states and cities are going to keep Jim Crowing the Second Amendment to the point where interstate travel with firearms will be impossible without committing a felony somewhere. First and Fourth Amendment rights are going on the bonfire too. International financial institutions, which are the authors of all of this, are going to keep denying the firearms industry access to capital. Speak out against it and the banks will freeze your bank accounts and force you to withdraw your money! They are already doing that to prominent voices in independent media. Firearms dealers are going to be forced out of business because of restrictions placed on their citizen customers and upon the dealers and manufacturers. Those that survive in business, will have only one customer, the Government.

The several states have unlimited resources from taxpaying serfs to finance the litigation. We the People will go bankrupt bringing thousands of these laws all the way up to the Supreme Court. The Anti-Constitution globalists from both major parties know this.

Citizen disarmament is only part of a much larger plan for us. The USA is the last major holdout and the globalists are leaning hard on their bought and paid for Democrat and RINO politicians to end the Second Amendment and disarm America, ideally within a decade or less. President Trump, for all his imperfections, is a serious obstacle for an agenda that would have been completed under Hillary. It does not take long to effectively disarm citizens once momentum is achieved and the legal infrastructure, however corruptly built, is put in place.
