Your bigger problem may be that only your LTCF is valid in FL.
Non resident Utah permits are not valid in FL, IIRC.

PA DL. Not sure if we're going to move here or not. In the event we do, I want something to bridge the time to acquire FL license. Don't have a permanent FL address yet, so I can only go with what I have. This time of year is apparently very difficult to find housing as all the snow birds are occupying them until April/May.

You might want to inquire if you got a FL NR permit if the was a way to convert it to a resident permit if you move there.
