There is no such thing as a "renewal" in PA. Every LTCF issued is an issuance.

Those numbers are for the number of LTCF issued that year. So you add the last 5 years and you have the total of currently valid licensees. ...however, the prior year's numbers aren't usually released until mid-next year, so real world numbers are a bit off.

I thought I had hear that 1 out of every 10 PA residents have LTCF (I don't remember where I heard that) - that should be about 1.2 million LTCF.

Are those numbers the LTCF that were processed that year, or the total number in the Commonwealth? If number processed, with a 5 year license, they are only 1/5 of the total LTCF issued. That would bring it into line.

How many of the 1 million plus people are involved in retaining their rights by talking to their legislators?

Not enough but our numbers are growing. It seems that talking to them, though, is futile and we need to get the vote out.

Black enough to be president? White enough to enjoy special privilege?
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
