Illinois just signed into law the dealer licensing law that Springfield armory and rock river helped get passed. There is a gaggle of other anti gun bills in their state legislature that they will be voting on with a democrat control legislature and an anti gun governor who like ours is encouraging more gun legislation. So yes, there will be a law and plenty more gun laws before all is said and done.
