I don't believe they can require you to prove your innocence, they have to prove your guilt. Right?

    Well, let's review my experience:
    1. The cop writes you a bogus citation,
    2. The magistrate ignores the law and finds you guilty, and
    3. (Hopefully) The Court of Common Pleas judge aquits, based on a proper interpretation of the law.

And then there's the experience of the Erie crew, where they were cited under an illegal ordinance, were found guilty at various levels, and took it to the state Supreme Court to get the citations dismissed.

So that's the way that it works- the police, the courts, and the media treat you any way that they please, and you keep spending money and appealing until someone hopefully, finally, rules in your favor.

I like the colors - Pittsburgh colors and gadsden rolled up into one (-: I'd be interested in one.

That's right, amigo, they can afford to spend OP money and lose a case and hope that you don't like winning one.
