Not any more. Since Wrenn v. DC in the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, DC is now Shall Issue. DC "took one for the team" by not appealing to SCOTUS.

There was talk when the Dems took over the House of them prohibiting members from carrying at the US Capitol though I think this has been quietly shelved.

It's not the whole building, it's in any “court facility”, defined as:

"The courtroom of a court of record;  a courtroom of a community court;  the courtroom of a magisterial district judge;  a courtroom of the Philadelphia Municipal Court;  a courtroom of the Pittsburgh Magistrates Court;  a courtroom of the Traffic Court of Philadelphia;  judge's chambers;  witness rooms;  jury deliberation rooms;  attorney conference rooms;  prisoner holding cells;  offices of court clerks, the district attorney, the sheriff and probation and parole officers;  and any adjoining corridors."

That being said, I wouldn't push it, you'll be going against the deputies who work for the govt, police who work for the govt, and your case will be decided by judges who work for the govt and sit in the building that you're challenging. Hard to imagine a more uphill fight. Plus they have metal detectors that define the area they've decided is gun-free.

Probably because many dems carry as well.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

And on top of this, even if a person were to challenge, and was successful up to the PA Superior Court - that court is predominantly liberal, and so is the Supreme Court.

I'd wager a box of ammo that a challenger would lose, and fuck us over even more.

And the court in the Jefferson County case ruled that "any adjoining corridors" was the whole building.

If police stations contain a "prisoner holding cell", they qualify as a court facility. This would also mean they are required to post notification signage and provide the mandated storage.
