Re: Pittsburgh Mayor Peduto prepared to take city gun bills to Supreme Court
Here’s one to think about. A December 2016 ruling by the newer democratic court upholding preemption. It was a case that took place in Lower Merion and the Pa Supreme Court found that Lower Merion was violating the UFA.

And if I am reading this correctly, the Supreme Court could have done harm to the 2nd in the Gosling case (2017) but did not.

Just a couple of things to think about. I honestly think that one of things people on both sides of issues do is start assigning motive to a persons actions unfairly which further muddies the water.
For instance..... Someone saying if you support Trump you are a racist. You can have a valid debate if Trump is a good president or not, but once someone start assigning motives to a person actions of voting for Trump you are doing a disservice to the whole debate. There are tons of valid, non race related reasons why people voted for Trump. Or David Hogg saying “Ar15’s are for hunting humans”. Assigning motive when there are tons of valid reasons to own an ar15 makes him look like an idiot. Same thing with saying “The Pa Supreme Court is mostly democrats and they will vote in favor of any gun control because they are in league with Pittsburgh democratic leaders and it’s all a big scam”. That’s not necessarily true, a lot of people who become justices follow the law even if they don’t agree with it. Assigning motive to the Supreme Courts actions before they do something without any proof does nothing positive imo.

The first one was the commonwealth court, not the supreme court.
Life has a melody. Not great, not terrible.

Hey, it's not his money! He doesn't care how much money is spent to defend something obviously illegal.
