Call Fitzpatrick's Office NO HB8! - He is endorsing Universal and worse

If you are not getting through with email then hit up face book and call the office to find out why the email is bouncing or not working!

Hell, print and mail a letter but let him know we are paying attention!

Here's the facts:
- Almost all "gun crime" in Pennsylvania involves handguns.
- Every handgun transfer in PA has to go through an FFL, and pass a background check.
- We still have gun crime in Pennsylvania, so apparently "mandatory background checks" don't work.
- Fitzpatrick represents Pennsylvania. You'd think he'd know this.

He's endorsing an infringement of an enumerated right that is NOT narrowly tailored, will NOT effectively promote an important governmental interest, is NOT targeted at the group causing the problem.

He might want to take another look at that oath he swore.

Unfortunately, I see no way to stop H.R.8 from passing in the House.

I am not suggesting that people in PA-1 not call Fitzpatrick, because they should. But he has already cosponsored the bill along with 230 others.

Total sponsors on the bill are 231. Since there are 2 vacancies in the House, they need just 217 to pass it and have 231 commitments already.

The good news is that it will never see the light-of-day in the Senate.
