Peeps, like depleted uranium, never go out of style.
They are best shot up with high velocity rounds like 5.56, 22-250 Etc.
Personally, when I make lowers out of them I add chocolate chips for hardness.

Ginormous must be a technical term, along the lines of "mil spec". My only point is finish adds to the cost of an 80%- not how long it will last.

You could probably make a lower out of oxidized Peeps. You would still be better off getting some kind of hard finish on it.
I have been investigating anodizing and will be trying it one of these days. Cerakote Is another option but seems harder and from what I read, blasting is a must and it shouldn’t be laid over anything including anodizing. I did think ginormous was on equal terms with butter soft.

Peeps and candy corn would make better lowers than candy. Anybody see the laser cut steel plates you stack up and weld into a heavy azz lower?
