Can you give a link? I'm going to have to order a starter for the lawn mower come spring.

I've ordered lawn mower parts and snow thrower parts from Jack's in the years gone by.

WTF Rural King? Maybe someone can explain this one to me, I'm not calling.

We are no longer able to allow children under the age of 16 in our stores. If you look under the age of 16, you will be asked to show your identification (driver's license). We encourage our guests with children to take advantage of our Buy Online - Pick Up In Store program.

Typically the PSP will have an answer one way or the other before the 15 day time rolls around. If they don't, they are supposed to contact the FFL to ask if they can exceed the 15 day limit (it happened to me once, they got their answer late on the 15th day and asked me if my customer could wait until day 16 to get the approval number).

If the FFL has not heard anything by day 15, they should be calling the PSP (PICS) to find out what is going on. As far as I know, there is no provision (but I'll check to make sure) to release a firearm if there is no answer on day 15.
If PICS has no response to the FFL after the 15 days, the status of the PICS is classified as "Undetermined". The FFL is NOT to transfer the firearm making that PICS inquiry a defacto denial. In the very few instances where this has happened with us, I've given the buyer a PICS challenge from and Instructions for said form.

That's easy! The chirus lives in the nose and kids pick their noses and leave the boogers anywhere and everywhere and they have to put an end to it.

This correct . Buyer is marked Undetermined and given a pics challenge form , the FFL cannot transfer firearm and is to proceed as a denial. Plus if buyer does not file challenge form all future purchases will be denied based on this undetermined ruling ,(it’s considered a denial in system)so the buyer should always file the challenge form .
