Well, sort of - that's a statement from BCA. What else are they gonna say?

I mean, I guess it's possible that the employees fooled them with fake documents, and it would be racist to deny them employment just because you suspected them of being illegals.

30 people is a lot though. I wonder what percentage of their work force is of the same ethnic background.

That's enough for me....feds were not after the company and thus it lives on.

The workers need to get the correct documentation, obviously they are talented. I'm quite sure there are plenty of legal
people out there that can do the same but at the price he's probably paying them. I remember when it started in the trades.
I was against it then and I still am. The employer needs to pay, in more than one way.
