Re: PGC takes semi-auto hunting off the table for 2019/2020
Want to fix PGC? Get every hunter you know to take a year off from hunting. Don’t buy any licenses! They will be on their knees begging for our wants, needs, and desires! It really is just that simple. Not easy, just simple.

Most of pa is shotgun only, atleast around here. Semi shotguns are legal.

Re: PGC takes semi-auto hunting off the table for 2019/2020
Apparently this is why the subject of Sunday hunting for rifle season came up again.
I read an article explaining that PA is losing hunters at an alarming rate, for multiple reasons. But one of the reasons allegedly is every state touching PA has Sunday deer hunting(I didn’t take the time to verify) so many people in this state would rather buy an out of state license(again I never really looked further into this).

Re: PGC takes semi-auto hunting off the table for 2019/2020
Four other reasons: Deer population density is shifting from traditional high density counties to elsewhere due to the number of active farms is dropping in those traditional counties. Older hunters are dying. Younger would-be hunters cannot find a cell phone app for hunting (or they simply can't tear themselves away from their phones). Crazy bullshit regs and rules put in place by the PGC.

I leave the piston and spring in it. I fabricated a locking gas collar that needs a key to remove it.
Most of the fish & bunny cops are too ignorant to identify what type of rifle it is, let alone determine how it operates.
I used it at French Creek a few years ago and got the stink eye from ALL the fudds in the parking lot.
It was priceless. Every year more and more of these sanctimonious f sticks hear the dirt hittin' the lid- keep your powder dry....Crusader's local #556 South Central Asia chapter
