    Why stop there? Individual regulation for alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, abortion, Medical care, insurance. The sky is the limit.

    He's an idiot, but he's got the support of the Governor, and we have a very Leftist state Supreme Court. Still, I can't imagine them overturning a core legal principal like preemption.
