Re: Peduto admits he's after preemption
All elected state officials in Harrisburg, should view what the mayor in Pittsburgh is doing in this manor: If I allow Pittsburgh to do this, then why does the State of Pennsylvania need me. Because in the future, whatever I say or do for my constituents can be over turned by any township or borough official.
If I were a state official and any mayor said I don’t care what the state law is I’m going to do it any way. I would take away all funding for all social services the state sends to Pittsburgh.
If the Federal Government can do it to PA regarding the Chesapeake Bay, Harrisburg can do it to Pittsburgh.

The end goal is to mire gun owners in so much inconsistent regulation that you will be guilty of something, somewhere.

Re: Peduto admits he's after preemption
Wouldn't the county of Allegheny have a say (power) over what a city (Pittsburgh) inside the county does?
