One thing that pisses me off...I have NEVER seen or heard a report that fully explains the "gun show loophole"...that being, it is a play on words deliberately devised to deceive the public. Face-to-face transfer of long arms, PA resident to PA resident can happen anywhere in PA- in homes, on parking lots, in convention halls, in gun show halls, while dealers in arms operating from tables that form the show, may not and do not sell without background checks.

Just once, I'd like to see that full description given to the public. MFers.
They don't care about facts, they want to gut the Bill of Rights that they have no right to mess with.

This was in NY, back during the attempts to repeal the Safe Act. This guy was great, and at the very end he suggests an amendment to the NY gun control laws. Folks at the hearing in Pittsburgh, said as much too, but his guy was superb. Wonder if we have any legislators willing to tack on this amendment to Wolf's gun ban and confiscation schemes.

Wolf got $500,000 from Everytown. He is a good prostitute, giving service to his john.

I'm sure all the gang bangers killing each other on the streets of philadelphia have no idea what the gun show loophole is, they get their guns in a paper bag from a guy in an alley or steal them from someone else.
