HB822 (Tricky biatch. States are preventing these companies from even doing business so how do you get it if it was mandated. Will open up families of scumbags to sue. Unreal)

H822 is gun registration. You can't prove insurance without identifying the insurable interest and the government will get that information, directly or by taking it from the insurance companies via regulation, or who will be happy to surrender it to the government voluntarily.
All of these same measures are being pushed at the State and local level. We are in the fight of out lives.

Liability insurance? That's a new joke of an idea.
Insurance doesn't prevent incidents, it'll just pay for the cleanup.
Actually I doubt liability coverage WOULD cover a shooting anyways. This is equivalent to forcing men pay for ob-gyn coverage, which they do.Galations 6:9...And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

I think it would be required that the law specify just what "liability insurance" consists of with respect to compliance with the act. Then finding an insurance company that covers said requirements might be found to not exist. Aren't they just too clever for words!
There are two kinds of guns. Those I have acquired, and those I hope to.
