    Basically this will allow anyone to sue manufacturers if firearms/ammo are misused. So if Donnie Dopedealer kills someone, the victims family can sue prettu much anyonein the gun industry that is related to that killing (gun /ammo manufacturer, retail store, etc.)! WRITE YOUR REPS!

    Subject: Law: Civil actions and liability: Firearms and explosives: Manufacturing: Product safety and quality: Retail and wholesale trades
    Description: Gun Manufacturers Accountability Act This bill repeals provisions of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act that prohibit civil actions or administrative proceedings against firearm or ammunition manufacturers, sellers, importers, dealers, or trade associations for harms resulting from the criminal or unlawful misuse of a firearm.
