Basically this will allow anyone to sue manufacturers if firearms/ammo are misused. So if Donnie Dopedealer kills someone, the victims family can sue prettu much anyonein the gun industry that is related to that killing (gun /ammo manufacturer, retail store, etc.)! WRITE YOUR REPS!
