Looks like it went from a smaller, close-fitting hat, to a "standard" ball cap.
I don't have much luck with one-size-fits-all ball caps, so if you have any extras and I can check one out in person, I'd buy one if it works, but I can't spend $20 on a hat, sight unseen, and end up with something that looks dorky. (I look dorky enough as it is!)

Not a complaint - you gotta get what works for the majority - just letting you know I won't order one now that I know the type of hat it is.

Yes you'll be able to try before buy. One size fits all is the best way to keep costs under control unfortunately. I'll inquire about other more fitted types too, but their prices were steeper than I think this hat should be.
